Functional fitness is the new term used to describe exercise routines that apply practical everyday movements in a structured manner.   The staff of Unique Physique will evaluate each clients specific needs and current daily activities to piece together the most fun, the most safe, and the most effective way to enjoy everyday life.  Functional training is offered on a per session basis.  Each session includes a complete evaluation and analysis as well as 1-on-1 personal training sessions and access to unlimited virtual training.
